We're upgrading all Cloud Assess accounts to our latest platform. This is an automatic upgrade with no user action required. Once you're upgraded, you'll notice a refreshed interface and useful improvements.

The New Activity Record - Supporting the functionalities of the New Content Designer.
The Mobile App - Supporting all new functionality across the platform.

What downtime might occur?
The upgrade takes no longer than a few seconds, so you can expect minimal to no disruption. It will take place at your preferred time and date if you schedule your switch, or from Sunday 12th July 2026 if we don't hear from you.
