As a Learner you may, from time to time, be invited to an "Event".
These Events can be an online session, Student Visit, workshop etc....
If you are invited to an Event you will receive a notification in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Select this and you will be given a list of Events you have been invited to.
Select the Event to view this in your Calendar area along with all details of the Event
To view the intake enrolment for this Event you can select the link in the pop up screen to the intake and view what Unit/Assessments you may have released to do etc..
To close down the Event, select the "X" icon in the top right hand corner.
To view Further Events repeat the process of viewing your notifications or select the Calendar Icon in your Side menu.

By Default your Calendar will display a "Month" view but you are able to select to see this in a Week, Day or List view if desired.
Any Events you are invited to will be displayed in the day of each view.
If you have any Questions and Queries in regards to any Events in your Calendar you are able to get in touch with your assigned Assessor/s via the message function.
Once you have been invited to an event, you will receive an email notifying you as well. This email will allow you to add this event to your calendar of choice, such as Apple, Google or Microsoft.
If events shift or are canceled, our system sends instant email alerts. Click to auto-update your calendar appointment.
