When a learner or applicant submits a form, Cloud Assess now displays a branded confirmation screen instead of a blank page. You can show a default message or set a custom message per form.
How it works
Every form submission shows a confirmation screen with your organisation's logo and a success message. There are two message types:
Default message — applied automatically when no custom message is set.
Custom message — your own text, displayed instead of the default when enabled.
Default messages by form type
Form type | Title | Message |
Standard (non-enrolment) | Your form submission has been received | Thank you — your response has been received. |
Enrolment | Application received | Thank you. [Organisation Name] will review your application and be in touch shortly. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an account activation email from Cloud Assess. |

Setting a custom confirmation message
Go to Framework → Forms.
Search for the form you want to update.
Click the ⋯ menu next to the form and select Edit.
Go to the Custom tab.
Enter your confirmation message in the text field. Supports bold, italic, links, and lists.
Enable the toggle to activate your custom message.
Click Save.
Tip: To preview how the confirmation screen looks, open the form link and submit a test response.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to set up anything for the default confirmation screen to appear?
No. The default confirmation screen is applied automatically to all public forms. No action is required.
Can I set a different message for each form?
Yes. The custom message is configured per form under the Custom tab in the form's settings.
What happens if I enable the toggle but leave the message blank?
Cloud Assess will fall back to the default message for that form type.
Does this apply to enrolment forms as well?
Yes. Enrolment forms display their own default message that includes account activation instructions. You can override this with a custom message using the same steps above.
