Not everyone gets their assessment correct on the first attempt. If this is the case for you, then don't worry, working through the second attempt is easy. You will likely have been notified by your training provider that your first attempt was not satisfactory. More than likely a new attempt has been made available to you and is accessible from your "To Do" list shown below. Note that the attempt number is presented in this view.

From here, as usual, click on the title to access the record. You will now notice when you access the record, the attempt number is shown at the top.

It is likely that you need to access your previous attempt, so that you can see which parts you got wrong, and to review any feedback from your Assessor that may be useful. To access the previous attempt, start by clicking the "Details" button at the top right of the screen.

You will then be presented with the slide out of details of this record as per below. Click on the "ATTEMPTS" tab to see a list of the different attempts.

Now you can see a list of the different attempts to date (ref below) along with submission/completion dates and release status. You can view any of the records that are released to you. Note your training provider may withdraw access by un-releasing content.

After you have reviewed feedback and previous errors, work through your new attempt as per the usual process. Note that new attempts may be a duplicate of all the previous work, or may be a completely new blank attempt. If it is a duplicate, correct the questions that are marked "Not Satisfactory". If it is a blank new attempt, you will need to complete the assessment as per the information section, unless your training provider instructs you otherwise.
