Sometimes when uploading files into an upload field within an assessment, you may select the wrong file.

When a file is uploaded you will see it attached, as shown below.

In order to remove the file, first you will have to save your assessment using the save button in the bottom right hand of your screen. Once the save has completed, you will see that file attached like this:

Next, click on the uploaded file, and you will your file, as well as the option to view the file, add a reference, and at the bottom the delete button

Selecting the delete button will show a pop up asking to confirm you would like to delete this file

Once you confirm the files deletion, you will see a trashcan with deleted underneath. Select the cross in the top right to go back to your assessment and you will see the same in the file upload field.

The next time you select save in the bottom right, the upload field will no longer show the deleted file.
