I've forgotten my password and I don't have access to my email account anymore

It happens...what can you do about it?

Sometimes users lose access to the email account they used for their Cloud Assess account (e.g. they used their work email address but they have now changed employer).

If you remember your password you can sign in and follow the process for Changing your Email Address.

However, if you don't remember your password then it makes things a little more difficult as you can't follow the process for Resetting your Password because you no longer have access to your email account.

If this is the case, contact your Training Provider for assistance.
