Password reset links are valid for 6 hours from the time they are sent. Check the date and time that the email was received. If it is more than 6 hours ago, then your password reset link has expired.

Password reset links can only be used once, so if you use it to successfully reset your password, it cannot be used again.

Only the most recent password reset link that you have been sent will work. Each time you request a password reset link, it invalidates any previous links you have been sent. So please make sure you're using the most recent link you have been sent.
