You can sign in to Cloud Assess without having to remember or type your email address and password by using the Sign in with Google method.

Before you Begin

This method will only work if the email address you use for your Google account is the same email address that has been set for your account in Cloud Assess. If it is not the same, you will receive an "invalid email or password" message when you attempt to sign in using this method.

  • On the login page, click "Sign In with Google"

  • This will redirect you to Google and ask you to sign in to your Google account if you are not already

  • If you have successfully used this method to sign in to Cloud Assess before, then you will be redirected back to Cloud Assess and signed in!

Grant Permissions

  • If this is the first time you have used this method to sign in to Cloud Assess, you will be asked by Google if it is ok to share your name, email address and profile picture with Cloud Assess.

  • Click the Google account you wish to use ("John Smith" in the example below) and you will be redirected back to Cloud Assess and signed in.

Account Confirmation

If you use the Sign in with Google method before you Confirm your Account, then:

  • your invitation will be automatically accepted

  • your email address will be confirmed

  • a password will be automatically generated for you

  • your timezone will be automatically set to Brisbane

For instructions on changing your password and/or timezone, refer to the relevant articles in the Managing your Account collection in the Help Centre.
